In this workshop, you'll explore: ▪️Key reminders for successful newborn feeding and breastfeeding. ▪️Setting realistic expectations for life with a newborn. ▪️Understanding and responding to newborn behavior. ▪️Implementing new postpartum strategies based on past experiences. ▪️Preparing yourself and your existing child(ren) for the new arrival. ▪️Effective parenting practices to support a peaceful family transition. Our goal is to equip your family with the tools and understanding needed to embrace this exciting new chapter with peace and joy. Instructor: Led by Katie DaMota, a seasoned Lactation Consultant and Parenting Coach with extensive experience supporting new families. Katie has built a reputation by consulting with families and working hard to solve the challenge that arise with the complexity of infant feeding, sleep concerns, and early parenting. She holds a master's degree in Maternal and Child Nutrition and Lactation from the University of California, Davis as well as held an international certification in lactation consulting for 15 years.
