Confidently start your baby on solids! We'll simplify weaning, covering timing, techniques, and food choices that align with your family's traditions and feeding style. Explore purees, baby-led weaning, and safe food introduction, empowering you to feed with love and creativity while understanding your baby's individual needs. The whole family is invited (babies included)!

Somatic Conscious Parenting

This series is a deep dive into somatic conscious parenting - where we focus on expanding awareness, intentionality, and connection within and between parent and child. This is a parent-centric program where we focus on relationship over compliance and empower your family to operate as a cohesive team.

Join one or all of the sessions, Mondays from 6:00 PM to 7:30 PM during the season scheduled time. Sessions include: 16 psychoeducation, somatic work, and guided self-reflection sessions (4 per season), 12 modules of self-study workbooks, and 1 private coaching session (1:1) to cover any topic of vour choice.

Registration is $100 for individual session or $325 for all four.

Kelly Beckham, The Mama Coach—a Registered Nurse, pediatric sleep and feeding consultant, and fellow mom—these groups and classes offer realistic, actionable solutions rooted in science and compassion. You’ll get guidance that meets you where you are and tools that align with your values.

Join a two-week, evidence-based sleep support group created to help your family get the rest you deserve—without pressure or judgment.

 

From early mornings to bedtime battles, we’ll work together to create a plan that supports better sleep—for everyone. Along the way, you’ll benefit from the encouragement of a supportive group community on our group weekly zooms and personalized one-on-one access to me with ongoing emails—so you never feel like you’re navigating it alone. Group size is limited to allow for individualized attention and meaningful connection.

 

This is the structure of our time together—built to offer flexibility, guidance, and connection.

 

What’s Included:
  • Daily recorded video lessons, sent directly to your inbox. These cover the core essentials of infant sleep, actionable guidance, and troubleshooting—shared in short, easy-to-digest segments you can watch and revisit at your own pace.

  • Three live, Zoom group check-ins for real-time Q&A, strategizing, and connection with other families navigating sleep.

  • Two weeks of direct email support from me—offering personalized, HIPAA-compliant guidance to help you strategize your sleep needs and plans. You won't have to navigate sleep alone.

  • Easy-to-follow worksheets and templates to help you create a sleep plan that feels good in both your head and your heart.

  • Access to The Mama Coach sleep eBooks for continued support—both during the session and beyond.

  • A judgment-free space focused on understanding, support, and solutions that truly work for your family.

  • Sleep associations: the good, the bad, and whether they really need to change

  • Managing early wake-ups, short naps, and nap resistance

  • Exposure to a variety of sleep learning methods

  • Exploring your parenting values, comfort level, and what’s developmentally appropriate

  • Creating a sleep plan that works for your beautifully unique family

  • Troubleshooting sleep and balancing real-life

 

This is a fully comprehensive support group—offering education, evidence-based solutions, group connection, and one-on-one guidance. We’ll address many aspects of sleep—from naps to nights—without pressure to follow a specific method. I truly believe that if it’s not a problem for you, it’s not a problem at all. I’ll meet you where you are and help you build a plan that supports your unique family, in a way that feels sustainable and right for you.
