Service Description

Step into motherhood with the loving guidance and deep support of a closed community circle of women. This program offers a truly transformative experience, designed to honor and celebrate you as you welcome a new baby into your life. Over four heartfelt weeks, you'll find a safe, nurturing space to explore the profound shifts of this new chapter. This intimate journey gently guides you through: ▪️Embracing physical and emotional changes: Navigating the beautiful, sometimes challenging, shifts within your body and heart. ▪️Cultivating harmonious early co-parenting: Building strong foundations with your partner or co-parent. ▪️Reclaiming intimacy: Discovering new ways to connect with yourself and your loved ones. ▪️Celebrating your unique motherhood journey: Honoring your path and integrating all the wonderful aspects of your evolving self. Each two-hour session is a blend of rich discussion, authentic connection, and gentle, guided exercises and ceremony, creating a truly one-of-a-kind experience. Mothers with babies in arms (up to around 4 months) are warmly welcomed, though their attendance is not required for you to participate fully. This is your dedicated space to be seen, heard, and deeply nourished as you embrace this profound journey. A Glimpse into Our Sessions: Session 1: Joys and Challenges of New Motherhood We'll create a welcoming space, introducing ourselves and exploring the initial joys and challenges of new motherhood, including the concept of matrescence—the powerful process of becoming a mother. Session 2: The Emotional Ride of New Motherhood & Our Babies' Expressions This session delves into the emotional landscape of new motherhood, exploring what arises when your baby cries and how our own past experiences can influence our parenting. Session 3: Intimacy and Partnership in New Motherhood We'll focus on navigating relationships, discussing the joys and challenges of co-parenting and intimacy, and introducing practical communication strategies to foster deeper connection. Session 4: Identity, Honoring Our Babies, & Circle Completion Our final session reflects on your evolving identity beyond motherhood, includes a heartfelt ceremony to honor your babies, and offers blessings as you carry forward the wisdom and support from our circle.
