BREASTFEEDING
Groups and Consultations
Breastfeeding, also known as nursing or chestfeeding, is the natural and recommended way to nourish your baby with your own milk. This incredible process involves your baby's instinctive latch and sucking, which triggers the release of hormones that produce and deliver this perfectly tailored nutrition. From the early, antibody-rich colostrum produced even before birth to the ever-changing composition of mature milk, including the initial thirst-quenching foremilk and the later, satisfying hindmilk, breast milk dynamically adapts to your baby's unique needs.
