Class Descriptions:
Yin Yoga- gentle movement and mobility for anybody. Down regulate the nervous system and open the places you hold tension. Focus on breath, meditation and calm restoration. No kids please.
PreNatal Movement- This class is for pregnant mamas wanting some guidance into safe and gentle movement. We will focus on mobility, strengthening and restoration.
If you are newly postpartum, classes are recommended in the following order:
Mama Strong Level 1- intro to pelvic floor and core health and strengthening for the postpartum body. We will connect with breath and look at our patterns of holding and do some corrective exercises for the areas in your body that need attention. Classes are kept small so it is intimate and focused. Babies and kids are welcome to be with you.
Mama Strong Level 2- (Pre-requisite: take a few classes in level one until we decide you are ready for Level 2, or a couple private sessions with Mary) In this Level 2 class, we move into more complex movement and strengthening while keeping close attention on the form and care of the healing core and pelvis. We address mobility as well as restrengthening and working towards your goals. Classes are kept small so it is intimate and focused. Babies and kids are welcome to be with you.
Women’s small group Fitness Classes ( at Elemental Athletics)- This is a strength training class for women of all ages and fitness levels, we can make modifications, but expect to work up a sweat and be sore in the best ways! Recommended, for anyone with a strong functional core and pelvic floor, take the MamaStrong classes first if you are not sure

Mary Chapman
Mary is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer and a Core & Pelvic Floor Corrective Exercise Specialist (CES), specializing in postpartum core restoration and pelvic floor function. She works with women who want more than generalized fitness — women ready to rebuild strength with anatomical precision, intelligent progression, and deep respect for the postpartum body.
Mary’s training bridges evidence-based corrective exercise with functional strength development, helping clients restore:
• Deep core coordination
• Pelvic floor integrity
• Diastasis recovery
• Breath and pressure mechanics
• Whole-body strength for real life
