Specifically designed for pregnancy, these classes offer valuable tools for labor, promote relaxation, and address common discomforts like nausea, aches, swelling, and anxiety. Suitable for all levels, from beginners to experienced yogis, this is a supportive space to cultivate strength, flexibility, and inner peace as you journey through pregnancy. In each class, you'll experience: ▪️Mindful Movement: Gentle poses to release tension and deepen body awareness. ▪️Strength & Flexibility: Postures to strengthen pelvic floor and core, and open hips and pelvis. ▪️Energizing Exercises: Techniques to cultivate and direct energy for well-being and positive mindset. ▪️Guided Meditation: Soothe anxiety and find calm. ▪️Visualizations: Harness the power of your mind to create positive outcomes. ▪️Yoga Nidra: Deep relaxation for restful sleep. Join us to embrace this transformative time with strength, grace, and tranquility.
