Embracing Birth & Beyond: In-Person October

Price

$325

Duration

4 Weeks- Tuesday Evenings

About the Course

The Embracing Birth & Beyond series is a evidence based, common sense childbirth class to educate and empower families for the joys and challenges of childbirth and early parenthood. Together, we will cover stages of labor, normal, physiologic birth, comfort measures, interventions, birth plans, and navigating unexpected changes to your plan.

Our approach is an all-encompassing model, not specific to one type of childbirth 'method'. We will offer a variety of perspectives to help you find what works best for your family. This class is designed for all families regardless of where you hope to give birth (homebirth, birth center and hospital births).

Lastly, we will go through planning for the fourth trimester, the first few months with your newborn, and how to co-parent. (or utilize a support village). We will introduce breastfeeding but we frecommend taking the full course taught by our lactation consultant: Nourishing Baby & Yourself.

Book one of our accessory classes at 15% off with coupon code: BirthBundle, to learn these with Katie DaMota, LC.
