It's not taught by a sleep consultant or from the perspective of any specific sleep program. It's designed to share information so you can make the best decisions for your family keeping in mind that all families are different and there isn't one, prescribed solution or strategy. It's taught by a caring professional who has participated in infant sleep conferences and has been helping babies to sleep for many years.
