A Friday afternoon series focused on nutrition that supports all stages of the Motherhood lifecycle. From 12:30 to 1:30pm - offered once seasonally starting in February 2023. Each session will leave you equipped with resources and accessible action items, such as recipes, grocery lists, recommended products and practitioners roster. $72 for the series or $20 for a drop-in Session 1: Motherhood Nutrition Deep Dive, February 17th 2023. Motherhood nutrition with an emphasis on properly sourced & properly prepared fresh, whole foods, as well as animal foods. How do we support the Motherhood lifecycle with nutrition? What foods serve as the most bio-available for proper absorption of vitamins and minerals? Session 2: Cultivating Holistic Wellness & Managing Stress, May 19th 2023 - Focus on the "wellness" aspect. Nutrition is an important foundation, but we want to also look at our environmental exposures, stress, holistic health management, spiritual wellness, and other lifestyle facto factors that ensure a healthy perinatal season. Session 3: Practical Nutrition & Wellness for Everyday Life, August 18th 2023 - A much deeper dive into application across nutritional best practices, including practical kitchen and cooking hacks, as well as grocery store tips & shopping lists to make meal prep a breeze; we will also look at simple lifestyle supports that can help restore and replenish during the Motherhood Lifecycle. Session 4: Nurturing Our Families: Cultivating Successful Eating Habits in Children, November 17th 2023 - A closer look at the solid-foods journey! How to make this transition as straightforward as possible and empowering to both you and your little. How to establish healthy eating habits and healthy relationships with food, as well as easing the pressure. We will also talk a little bit about picky eaters as well as other food concerns (such as allergies).
