New parenthood tends to be discussed with an emphasis on your Baby and their impact on your lives as parents. However, a topic that deserves equal emphasis and attention is the relationship between you and Mamas as partners. More specifically, on how this relationship has changed and evolved over the course of your pregnancy to parenthood journey. In other words, there is no “bouncing back,” only bouncing forward. In this Rediscovering Intimacy workshop we’ll explore the new terrain of your relationship space as partners in parenthood, touch upon the most common barriers to emotional and physical intimacy, and offer some strategies and tips for helping you bounce forward with Mama to build a deeper relationship together based on empathy, appreciation, and connection as you move forward into the Dad Zone. *Note, this workshop is for both new and expecting Fathers. Workshop cost is $49 if purchased individually. Complete 3-workshop course can be purchased for $119, a 20% discount off the price when purchased individually.
