Postnatal Yoga Fridays 10:00-11:00



Postnatal Yoga is a calm, comforting space for new mamas and their babies to safely move their bodies after birth.  This class is full of breathwork, meditation, strengthening and stretching.  Mamas will learn tips for caring for their bodies in postpartum and meet other mamas on a similar journey.  This class is primarily for mamas in postpartum but can be enjoyed any time after giving birth.  The first portion of class is dedicated to Postnatal Yoga and ends with 10 minutes of Baby Yoga.


About Marissa:

Marissa has been serving birthing parents as a Birth and Postpartum Doula, Birthing From Within Childbirth Educator and Prenatal/Postnatal Yoga Instructor for 8 years.  

Her mentoring is dynamic, utilizing all areas of her expertise, she is a one-stop-shop for helping parents understand and prepare for pregnancy, birth and postpartum.

Marissa works with you in a holistic and unique way, because everyone's needs are different and benefits from different practices, she really gets to know you and how to help you thrive in your birthing journey.

She leads various birthing workshops, class series and community gatherings.  Marissa is compassionate and enthusiastic, she helps parents have a connected and supported experience.
