  • filling your toolbox: babywearing, swaddling, soothing skills and communication
  • newborn care: diapering and bathing

  • breastfeeding, bottle feeding, pumps
  • early parenting
  • relationship strengthening
  • planning for a peaceful postpartum

This class is co-taught by Katie DaMota and David Arrell. Katie has worked with new families since the 90's as a caregiver, lactation consultant, postpartum doula and early parenting educator. She's passionate about creating accessible, honest parenting resources for all families. David is the author of Welcome to Fatherhood, The Modern Man’s Guide to Pregnancy, Childbirth, and Fatherhood and he offers one-on-one coaching for men transitioning to fatherhood.

Together with our childbirth instructor, our goal is to provide the most comprehensive series from pregnancy through the first 3 months.

NOTE: this class is built into our childbirth classes, no need to book separately but it can be booked as a stand alone class. The 'class recording' is available in the drop down menu if you cannot join us live.
