Becoming a mother is an incredible journey. Yet, you’re feeling overwhelmed, tired, and isolated. You might be dealing with higher levels of anxiety or feeling hopeless and listless. You’re having trouble adjusting to this new stage of your life and starting to question whether this is the new norm. Whatever difficulties you’re experiencing, know that you’re so not alone.


This 6-week journey is a space to be with other moms experiencing more than just the baby-blues.  The group combines psycho-education and peer support to help you feel seen, heard, and less alone. We will build a community based on understanding and mutual support. Topics will include self-care, postpartum mental health, body love, boundaries and delegation, and more.


Each group will incorporate mind-body practices such as mindfulness meditation, guided imagery, and energy medicine to help you feel uplifted and equipped with tools to handle whatever life brings.

Week 2. De-stress from Fear, Worry, and Anxiety

Week 3. Cultivating Self-Compassion

Week 4. Letting Go of Guilt and Reclaiming Worth

Week 5. Expressing Needs, Delegating, and Making Peace with Imperfection

Week 6. Body love, Pleasure, and Personal Pillars of Health
