No one told you it would be like this! Why is your baby still waking up at night and what can you do to get more sleep? Join us for this class! We'll share information about what is biologically normal and expected for infants in the first year and beyond to get started down a confident path to make informed parenting decisions. Families with babies 3 months - 18 months are welcome (or earlier if you're getting a head start).

We believe that our collective culture doesn't necessarily provide  enough support for parents with babies and this class will help you consider how to build greater support networks, how to ask for help and what that might look like so that everyone's needs are met.

This class is not designed to set you up for sleep training. It's not taught by a sleep consultant or from the perspective of any specific sleep program. It's designed to share information so you can make the best decisions for your family. It's taught by a caring professional who has read all the books, participated in sleep conferences and has been paid to help families build supportive, caring relationships around sleep for many years. Katie DaMota, IBCLC makes infant sleep her second favorite topic after breastfeeding. It's her goal to help you mindfully and lovingly find solutions to the best night's sleep possible.
