Weekly Pregnancy Support: Connect and Thrive

Are you seeking pregnancy support and connection during your prenatal journey? The Embracing Pregnancy Circle provides a welcoming, safe, and confidential space to connect with other pregnant individuals and mothers-to-be. Combat the feeling of a solo pregnancy by joining our supportive community. This weekly gathering offers dedicated time to embrace your journey alongside others, providing pregnancy support through the many shifts and changes of becoming a parent.

All birthing people are warmly invited. Please bring your dinner, your journal and a pen, and yourself.

To ensure all families have access to vital pregnancy support, Embracing Pregnancy operates on a donation basis to cover classroom costs, making this valuable prenatal experience FREE for all.

Fourth Trimester
Newborn Baby with Mom

THE FOURTH TRIMESTER

We gather to share, listen and connect with others who are caring for a newborn. We can talk about everything from postpartum healing and maternal health to infant sleep and breastfeeding to preparing to go back to work. For those with older children, we can also explore the challenges that come with welcoming another baby.

Our postpartum group remains online for the convenience of parents with newborns to join from home and not have to worry about traveling, car seats or even getting dressed!  Join as you are, from wherever you are. Audio only is welcome also.

Love Notes from our Village

"THANK YOU for the incredibly rich, loving, informative, and wildy supportive cocoon that the Nest has provided this (almost) first year of motherhood. The space that you hold in the calls is incredible and I can't imagine all that I've navigated without it! Truly!" ~P.G.
